Blair and Sheridan ongoing support of Maggie’s Glasgow Charity

Blair and Sheridan have been long time patrons of local charity Maggie’s Glasgow and most recently supported their annual Lochside Lunch event at Cameron House at the end of May.  We donated a specially created pendant – designed and crafted entirely in house – which reached £10,000 at auction on the day.

Blair and Sheridan bespoke pendant design for Maggie's Glasgow

This bespoke pendant design;  named ‘A Haven in the Tempest’;   represents someone’s cancer journey and the importance that Maggie’s plays in their support and wellbeing.  The diamonds and ruby at the top of the design represent discord,  uncertainty,  worry and lack of direction  –  the feelings,  emotions and experiences often felt after a cancer diagnosis.  The house shaped teal sapphire represents support,  safety,  reassurance and healing:  the embodiment of Maggie’s ethos.

The setting style of the stones mirrors an all-encompassing warmth and protection that is at the heart of everything Maggie’s represents.

The Maggie’s Lochside Lunch raised over £100K on the day of the event – an amazing total which will be put to great use for the provision of the wide range of support and services on offer at Maggie’s.  If you would like to donate to this wonderful charity click here.
